Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different scent, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Processing and Completion

  Once our warehouse receives your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days and send a confirmation email.
